At Out Fishing v/ Nikolaj Andersen, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change prices on a daily basis without prior consent.


Out Fishing by Nikolaj Andersen accepts payment via bank transfer. Payment will only be processed after a conversation and agreement with Out Fishing v/ Nikolaj Andersen. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include taxes.


Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after ordering.


A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Out Fishing by Nikolaj Andersen will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full refund policy is in place for items purchased on our website.

Booking a course with less than 14 days before the course is held is binding and there is therefore no possibility of using the right of withdrawal.

Deposits paid for a course or other event will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show from the customer's side, regardless of the reason. Lectures and guided tours are binding from the date of purchase/booking.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and the shipment must be returned to us within 14 days after the withdrawal. The notification must be given by email at In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without also giving clear notice of this.

Force majeure

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as force majeure or government restrictions that make it impossible to hold the event properly, the course or guided tour will be moved to another date.

In this case, the customer will be offered a new date for the event.
